Military and Overseas Voters
United States citizens who are living outside the U.S. for work, school or other reasons, may apply for voter registration or request absentee ballots with a Federal Post Card Application (FPCA) by clicking here.
Military personnel may apply for voter registration or request absentee ballots with a Federal Post Card Application (FPCA) which may be obtained from the Unit Voting Officer, or by clicking here. Military spouses and dependents are considered to be of the same category of absentee voter as military members and generally should follow the same rules.

All FPCA forms must include a Transmission Cover Sheet from the Federal Voting Assistance Program, which can be found by clicking here.
